文章摘要:课程标准是学业评价的依据,基于课程标准的学业评价设计是新课程改革成功的关键。随着全球课程改革的推进,研究者们开始致力于考试评价与课程标准的一致性研究。中考作为学生学业评价的有效检测方式,不仅可以衡量初中学生九年义务教育学习的成果,还可以反映课程标准在该地区的具体实施情况。本研究以福建省近年来的中考英语试题为研究对象,结合《义务教育英语课程标准(2011年版)》,旨在探讨中考英语试题与课程标准的一致性。为了回答“福建省中考英语试卷与课标一致性程度如何”这一问题,本研究选取韦伯模式作为研究工具,力求从四个维度了解福建省中考英语试卷与课程标准的一致性程度,即(1)知识种类一致性,(2)知识深度一致性,(3)知识广度一致性,(4)知识分布平衡性。本研究的具体实施过程如下:首先,对课标内容以及每一领域所包含的主题目标进行编码;其次,对试卷进行编码并进行数据统计,将每一题所考察的知识点对应到课标所要求的具体目标中。最后,将试卷与课程标准在一致性四个维度的分布情况进行统计并整理数据,并分别进行分析。研究结果表明,福建中考英语试卷与课程标准的一致性基本达到标准,知识深度和知识分布平衡性的一致性最好,知识种类一致性在文化意识领域未能达标,知识广度一致性在语言知识领域和文化意识领域都未达标。为了提高试卷与课程标准的吻合程度,笔者总结并提出了三点建议:(1)专家应完善课标内容中具体目标的表述.(2)命题专家应加强对一致性的研究。(3)一线教师要善用一致性理论指导教学。
